Xserve Quad Xeon 2.06GHz, Xeon Dual 2.66GHz & Quad-Xeon 3.0GHz all use:

• PC2-5300 DDR2-667 DDR2 ECC Fully Buffered DIMM (FB-DIMM) JEDEC* memory
• Eight FBDIMM slots supporting up to 32GB of main memory
• 256-bit-wide memory architecture
• must install in pairs or kits
