Large internal memory in digital cameras not to become mainstream

Viewing that the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T2 and DSC-G1 digital cameras are equipped with 4GB and 2GB, respectively, of internal NAND flash memory, Taiwan-based ODM/OEMs of digital cameras generally feel that such built-in memory capacities are unlikely to become mainstream because of the additional costs.
