Memory Deal still offeres Rambus memory in PC800 & PC1066
Rambus or RDRAM memory, yes the first modules with heat sinks or heat sheilds are still alive in many computer systems. Memory Deal does offer the PC800 in both -45ns and -40ns as well as the everso hard to find PC1066. The only PIN configurations that we offer is the 184-PIN.
